I went with Hubby to see his Cardiologist this afternoon. He's been feeling a lack of energy & had fluctuating blood pressure the past few weeks. His blood work about 3 weeks ago for his routine exam all came back within normal ranges. He takes his blood pressure most mornings & for about a week it's detected an irregular heartbeat. He saw his GP this morning & his blood pressure was elevated, heart rate low, so she referred him to his Cardiologist. So, he's now wearing a heart monitor for 3 weeks & is going to be scheduled for a stress test & Echocardiagram. I'm hoping we can get to the bottom of what's causing him not to feel 100% but don't want to find anything serious.

I'm having lunch with my sister tomorrow. She just returned from a trip to Maine last week, so I'm excited to hear about it.

I went just over my 1600 calories yesterday, but weight was down this morning. I ate the bulk of my calories earlier so that probably made a difference. Finishing today under 1600 calories.

We started watching Bosch Legacy as our evening entertainment. We finished Ozark on Sunday. Since Bosch is only releasing 2 episodes at a time on Fridays we were caught up. Hubby was watching the Hockey playoffs before dinner so I graciously said I'd read while he watched the game after dinner. Toronto/ Tampa are in overtime now. Rooting for Toronto 🍁🏒🇨🇦
