So....weight is up....4 lbs. over goal. I'm beginning to think my "Cold Weather Weight" is not 135. I lowered my goal last year when, without really trying, I got down to 135. I was in maintenance & I had been working out for awhile. I liked being at that weight. Now, it appears that if I want to be there, I'm going to have to try harder 😏 The good news is, when I got dressed to go out today, my pants fit just fine....they weren't snug at all. I spend so much time in leggings & comfy lounge pants these days, I wasn't sure if my regular pants might have gotten snug.

I did do the smart thing when I went out for lunch today. I was considering having a salad or the soup & salad combo, but in the end, calorie wise neither choice was better than the one I made. I ordered the burger & fries, but only ate half of each.

I made steak & eggs for dinner, since we had left over Strip steak from a couple of nights ago. I ended the day a little over 1700 calories, after dessert.

If I truly want to lose that 4 lbs. I may have to cut back to 1500 calories consistently 🤔

Back to the Gym tomorrow. There is supposed to be rain tonight & it's going to be around 31- 32 degrees. Hopefully, we don't have issues with ice. Tomorrow is supposed to get colder & in the teens overnight
