I weighed 91 kgs at 171 cm height. Now I weight 74.5 kgs and fit as an athlete. All you need is that tiny bit of determination at every step. Start small and don’t be discouraged. Stick to a plan and execute it like a boss. The type of diet that helped me was low-carb (when working out) and keto (when not working out). What helped me was to stop buying sugar and refined carbs completely. Just removing sugar will make a massive difference. All the best and keep posting ! Cheers!
