Hubby ran some errands to get ready for our trip this morning. We had breakfast then the Gym. We got a pretty good workout...mostly focused on upper body. It will be our last for the next 11 days. We do plan to bring our resistance bands & mat. Hopefully, we'll do better than the last vacation about actually putting them to use 🙄

Hubby decided we should stop for something to eat after we left the Gym. Nothing fancy, but it was tasty. We went to Taco Mac & got in just before the dinner rush. I had a Spicy Margarita to drink & a South Street Philly sandwich to eat. Hubby had a beer & a hamburger. We both had the Corn & Black bean salad as our side. He thought we might get hungry later (since we usually eat dinner later) so we ordered a 10 piece order of wings to go. I convinced him we didn't really need an order of fries with it 😏 We did order dessert to go, too...Free for hus birthday. We got Butterscotch Cronuts to share.

When we got home, I took the dogs out after they had dinner. It felt so pleasant outside, I convinced Hubby it would be nice to just sit outside for awhile. He was worried about getting bitten by bugs, so I filled the citronella torches & lit them. It had cooled down & felt really nice.

I put the wings in the oven to reheat & we ate them around 9. Later than our usual dinner, but they were good. We watched a show on Netflix while we ate. After the first episode, I heated up a couple of the Cronuts (there were 4) for us to eat. Hubby had already eaten one of them earlier, waiting for the wings.

Tomorrow, I plan to eat fewer calories. Then we leave for vacation on Sunday. I don't plan to go crazy, but there will be restaurant meals, meals cooked by our hosts at home & adult beverages. I was thinking, I could look at this as a 10 day bulk 😁 Then I can try to turn it all into muscle when we get home. Sounds reasonable....right??

OK, enough of that. I'm going to bed 🛌📚 😴 Busy day tomorrow.
