Today, I decided to prune the boxwoods in my front yard. I got 3 out of 7 done & decided today really should have been a rest day. I was not feeling very energetic, so I cleaned up the clippings. I'll finish them another day. I thought if I took a break & ate the lunch Hubby brought me when he went out for lunch, I'd be able to do more, but no....still not enough energy. I did take the time to pull out some dandelions. When I was putting away the rake & other tools, I decided I really should clean up the front porch of the garden shed. Sometimes, instead of putting stuff inside, it collects on the front porch. So I put all the rakes, brooms, shovels, etc. inside & cleaned up some pots that had collected when I was repotting flowers. Then I swept the shed porch & brick patio in front. I watered some plants & called it a day. So, not a wasted day....I just didn't get as much done as planned.

I also only half did the laundry. 😐 I folded one load from the dryer & washed another & got it into the dryer. I usually set it to damp dry & take out pieces I finish by air drying. That load still needs to be finished. So....I think I'll go pull out the damp stuff & hang it....and go to bed. 😴😴
