Gym today. I had a good workout til I tried to do the leg press. I mentioned I've had discomfort in my left leg/ hip. It hurt to do even one rep @ my usual weight. I lowered the weight by 30 lbs. It still hurt, so I decided to skip it. Hubby & I decided to get in the hot tub after. It felt really good!!

This is probably my last workout for a week. The Gym is closed Sunday for Easter. Monday morning, we're dropping the car off to get the hatch repaired. Monday afternoon, I have a doctors appointment. Tues. I have a therapy appointment. I also have to pack for the trip to Nashville. Wednesday, we leave for Nashville....come home on Saturday. There is a Gym at the hotel. We have a full schedule while we're there, but I'll bring workout clothes in case I can get away for a short workout. I will bring my bands so I can at least do my arm exercises.

We will get a lot of walking in while we're in Nashville...so there's that 😊👣👣

Off to bed for me....📚😴
