Hubby finally felt well enough to join me at the Gym today. For some reason my knees were bothering me a bit today. It was raining, so maybe my arthritis acting up. Anyway, got a decent workout.
Therapy tomorrow. I've actually been doing well without taking any anti-inflammatories for over a week, then today I was feeling some discomfort 🤔 (Arms)
