Early morning weigh in. I got up earlier so we could get to the Gym & home before my Doctor's Appt. this afternoon. I got a decent workout but I started to fizzle out at the end. I couldn't do the weight I was able to do last week on the Seated leg press. I even lowered it & was struggling so decided that was enough. On the other hand I increased the weight on the Mid row machine. I did finish with 30 minutes on the bike.
The Doctor's visit was a success. My doctor says all my labs were good. I had an alert on the bun to creatine ratio but he says it was because my kidney function is so good, it skewed off a little. I had been worried there was an issue with my kidneys. If so I would have to watch my protein intake. I got his approval to continue with my Protein shakes after workouts. I got the 2nd pneumonia vaccine, today.
I started doing my Fall decorating over the weekend. I did the mantel and some in the dining room & kitchen. I haven't done the dining room table yet. I also finished the front porch. I'll try to finish this week.
I have an appointment for a routine Echocardiagram tomorrow morning.
On that note I should get up to bed cause I need to get up early.

Good job! My trainer says that 80% of the time your workout will be just ok, 10% of the time you will struggle/suck but you will have 10% that you excel and knock it out of the park. He said the important one is the 80% as that is the discipline. Also good news on your kidneys. I watch mine as my BUN is elevated but the doctor is aware of my protein intake and has not restricted me. I aim for 120 grams a day.
