I'm surprised I'm only up .2 today. I went out for lunch with my Sis & ordered a yummy ramen bowl. I stopped eating before it was empty....I was feeling full. I could have eaten it all...it was so good! I made Zucchini, Chicken tenderloins & sliced tomato for dinner. I halved a huge Zucchini for Hubby & I. I ate all of my dinner, but I could have had less & been satisfied. I don't know the actual calorie count for the Ramen, so I used what I could find online.

Sis & I did do a lot of walking around the Mall. I had to scurry to keep up with her cause she walks faster!

It's been a busy week & I haven't journaled since Monday. We did the Gym Mon., Wed. & Friday. I did my Yoga/ Toning exercises Tues. As soon as I finish here I'm planning to do some.

Wed. night was Book Club. It had been postponed by a week so we had a small group. We had fun & the dinner was amazing! The Hosts grilled Salmon & made "Evil Jungle Sauce" to top it 😋 I made Asian Brussels Sprouts & we had Squash Casserole & Snow peas as sides. Dessert was Ginger infused Ice Cream & Chocolate Ice Cream. The consensus was no one really liked the book...well one lady did...but we had a good discussion. We also had discussion about the new diet our Hostess had started, different diets & the Gym.

Thursday, Hubby took the car in for service & ran errands. I spent the day doing housework....changed bedding, did laundry, cleaned the master bathroom.

Friday we hit Kroger after the Gym to replenish the freezer. My workout kicked my butt so we stayed home for the evening. We debated going to town for The First Friday concert in the park. Instead I popped the St. Louis Ribs in the oven we had bought (precooked) & had them with Mac & cheese & coleslaw. Afterwards we watched the last 3 episodes of Fargo (season 2) on Hulu. We pushed bedtime cause I wanted to see the end.

Today we gave the dogs a bath/ blow dry after breakfast. I talked to my daughter for almost 2 hours on the phone to catch up.

Well if I'm going to exercise before dinner, better get moving.
