Dinner was super late, movement was suboptimal due to work and puppy class. will walk and row tonight. or swim, depends on how I'm feeling at that point. blob is actually notching down, we'll see where the muscle mass lands in a couple of days, I didn't do anything yesterday to earn it although I'm a little sore from all the weekend activity. I have a block of meetings later, may lift some heavy things if I think I can get away with it.
