Just watched another episode of American Idol on Hulu. Hubby & I have to watch 5 more episodes to catch up. I think we may need to do an afternoon session or 2 cause each episode is an hour & a half.

I finished "Inventing Anna" on Netflix this afternoon. It was really good. The actress portraying Anna is versatile. She also plays a poor, drug dealing girl from a redneck back ground on Ozark.

My son & his family came up to go to a go cart race track close by yesterday, so I met them for dinner last night. It was a last minute plan & I was happy to see my son....I haven't seen him since Christmas. I did see my granddaughter a couple of weeks ago for a short time when I stayed with my sisters. She was busy working on a short story writing competition she was entering & had a Drivers Ed class, so didn't have a lot of free time. She won first place in the writing contest out of all the High School entries! We had Mexican for dinner. I chose a burrito bowl as my entrée but did eat quite a few chips & salsa...plus a margarita. Showed up on the scale this morning.

Book Club was Wed. night. Fun as always! Our host served a chicken & noodle dish...very yummy. All of the other side dishes were salads of different varieties. Dessert was a chocolate cake with ice cream.

I've been working in the gardens the past few days. Planting some more and watering. I sprayed Grass B Gone on the front gardens.

Today, I decided I better get some housework done, too. Folded & hung up clothes from the dryer (2 days ago 🙄), washed another load & cleaned the master bath. I have to juggle inside & outside once it gets warm & I need to work in the gardens.

I fit in a walk this afternoon. I didn't go Wed. or Thurs. cause of plans.

Well off to bed 🛌 😴
