No weight change today. I had a good breakfast of waffles, ham & fruit, then skipped lunch. Dinner was really yummy!! Chicken & dumplings, squash casserole (not mushy at all!...quite tasty), peas & pearl onions, broccoli salad, potato salad & my green salad with blueberries, pecan & feta. Dessert was key lime pie & fresh fruit. I don't feel like I overdid it even with going back for seconds on a couple of things. I had sparkling hard seltzer to drink. I did have a glass of merlot when I got home.

Conversation was good @ Book Club. We really laughed at some of the stuff we talked about....and shared the sadness of the friend that lost her son last week. I wore a dress that had belonged to my niece. Her daughter told us when we were at her apartment on Thursday last week she couldn't wear most of her Mom's clothes so offered anything we wanted to my other 2 nieces & me. I took 2 dresses. When I got complements I shared a bit about B.

I had errands to run in the afternoon....buying stuff for my salad & toiletries for the beach trip. I also had a pedicure. By the time I got home I didn't have time to exercise before I showered & made the salad. I did exercise last night between walking & feeding the dogs and making my own dinner.

Hubby was watching something on TV when I got home. We were gonna watch the tribute to Charlie Pride on CMT, but started talking so never got around to it. We recorded it so we can watch tomorrow.

Time to get ready for bed 🛌 😴 I'll read first then get some 💤 s
Tomorrow is packing day. I also need to make some hummingbird feed & refill the feeders....hungry little buggers.
