Today is the 2nd day of cloudy, rainy weather. There was a break in the weather so that our "Tree guy" came over to cut down & haul away the huge pine in our front yard. Its amazing that he & his crew can make it fall without damaging any of the surrounding trees!
I went out to buy ingredients for dessert tonight. I'm making Bread Pudding with Caramel Bourbon sauce. We're going to our friends for a St. Patty's Day get together. There will be some tasty food including Corned Beef. The plan is to enjoy myself, eat what I want & tomorrow if I need to, I might eat a little less. "Lunch" today was a bowl of popcorn (100 calories) to hold me til later.
