Seesawing up & down...I ate more calories yesterday, again. I had an extra glass of wine when we went in to watch TV after dinner....and Boom Chika Pop kettle corn. Today is not looking like a low calorie day, either. I had hummus with some Naan dippers, some giardiniera crunchy vegetables, pickled okra & a few salami slices this afternoon. Then I gave in to a craving for potato chips. That added a out 200 calories. Overall not horrible....depends on what the rest of the day brings. I took out Italian sausages for dinner....trying to decide what to serve with them. It's a toss up between potatoes & brussels sprouts or salad. If I stick to one sausage & go light on the potatoes I should be good.

Today is another sunny but slightly cooler day. We did get a walk in. I think most of the week is supposed to be dry and actually warm into the low 70's by Thursday. I have an area in the front yard that has gotten overgrown with weedy grass again. I turned this area into a garden area & mulched it last year. I may start weeding it & getting ready for this year's planting this week.

I have a dentist appointment on Tuesday....thinking about seeing if my sister can do lunch since she works close by.

I need to get some reading in. I just got a book from the library & I got notice the one I reserved for Book Club is in & another I reserved awhile back is enroute. So, I better get busy. Most days I read when I get in bed at night, unless I get really engrossed...then I'll read more. I've been into a series on Netflix so I've been watching that most afternoons.
