I never got around to logging my 145 lb. weigh in yesterday....so today I'm actually down 2 lbs. even. I did scale back a couple of days so as usual I had a drop.

Packed my bag for the weekend today. Six of us are traveling in my neice's vehicle which is fine...but it doesn't leave a huge amount of room for luggage. Luckily we don't need a lot of stuff for a couple of days.

Did laundry yesterday....the master bedroom bedding....and a couple more loads today.

Rain today so no afternoon walk. We will get a lot if walking in over the weekend.

Pizza & salad for dinner.
