Not too bad after Christmas holidays 😅 especially considering I was about 12kg heavier this time last year...which equals to loosing "only" one 1kg a month and of course I wanted to loose a bit more than that....HOWEVER, I am so grateful for this.its been the first year in a very long time that I managed a relatively steady weight loss...I'm not perfect,I've had some ups and downs last year, but I believe I've finally come to terms with it. Perfection is not everything, it's not the way forward...at least not for me. When I aim for perfection it's all or nothing...and when the nothing hits,it hits hard. Starting work today, ready for this year :)
