I have gone up incrementally for the past few days. I do think this morning was cause I weighed in much earlier than usual. Hubby & I got up & out of the house to run some errands. First stop we voted & we didn't have to wait in line too long. Then we headed to our closest Target to buy a new sim card for my new phone. It decided it didn't want to make calls out yesterday & after talking with the tech & not being able to resolve the issue that was the next step. Looks like I'm back in business, now. Then Hubby wanted to stop for lunch. We tried a place we hadn't been & I was very disappointed 😔 I wasted calories on a meal out that I could have cooked better myself. Oh well, live & learn. I ended up eating just a few bites of the grits, 1 slice of toast, the eggs & corned beef hash. It had tomatoes, peppers & mushrooms but they were kinda mushy so I left most of them. As we were driving home we said we should have gone to another place we know is good but we seldom get to cause they close early & we don't get out early that often.

Good news is Hubby got his new barbecue assembled & I have a steak all ready for him to pop on tonight for dinner. I'll make a salad & we're good!

I usually have the house transitioned to Fall decor by now, but I've been feeling kinda blah the past few days. Blah is not conducive to creativity so no decorating. I finally got my stuff out of the attic today & put out a couple of things. I think I'll work on it the next few days. I did cut some mums in the garden & put them in a couple of vases in the house yesterday. And my Fall wreath is hung on the front door. 🍁🍂🌾 I'm trying to decide if I should buy any more mums for outside. Since the only ones coming & going from our house these days are Hubby & I and maybe the UPS, FedEx, or Amazon delivery people, do I want to spend the money?

We live so far off the road no one can see the gardens around the house.

I was annoyed with my phone yesterday cause it wasn't working properly then got annoyed with my Hubby cause he wouldn't wait a few minutes to leave for his afternoon walk. In his defense he was tired from working on assembling the barbecue & wanted to walk before he sat down for a rest. But, I ended up skipping the walk 😕 So today...no excuses...gotta move my butt & get out there.
