I got my Lab results online today. I feel really good. Everything was in line with the proper parameters & my cholesterol is way down from Feb. results. (That already weren't bad) That's good news since I've been eating maintenance foods for the last 6 months. I'm doing well & still eating my favorite foods!

I ended up just using the cup of tortellini we had left in the freezer last night without adding more pasta (split to 2 servings). With a sauce made from butter, fresh squeezed lemon juice, garlic & sour cream and some yummy meatballs & a nice salad it was just enough. I didn't have to debate on how many desserts to have after....I'd used almost all of my calories for the day. I settled on a pineapple Outshine bar, that put me over by a little. Not to worry....my weight was down a smidgen this morning 😊

Hubby & I just finished watching The Kominsky Method (2 seasons) on Netflix last night. It's a comedy with lot's of real life thrown in...at least real life from the viewpoint of the older population. It addresses death, dating when you're older, family relationships & some other stuff. I thought it was so good! Now we just have to wait for the 3rd & final season. Check it out if you're looking for something to while a
way an hour or 2.

I had to pick up a couple of necessities at the store so I also bought some fresh Tuna & a pizza. 😀 I also bought some chickpea pasta to try. I looked in the bakery section but walked away empty handed...decided I didn't really need any cake or muffins.

I did buy a swimsuit cover up on Clearance for $3. It's bright orange!

I have leftover spicy Italian sausage in the fridge to cook, so that's dinner. I asked Hubby if he'd like it on a bun. He said he'd rather I add sweet peppers & do something similar to what I did a few days ago. He didn't even want rice or pasta to go with it. So I'm thinking I'll add onion & some leftover chickpeas. Either make a salad or throw some spinach in....we'll see.
