Back up .6 lbs....so basically maintaining.
I was doing some analyzing this morning ▪ I have been in maintenance for 5 months ▪ Recently my normal seems to be 142 to 143 lbs. ▪ I upped my daily calorie allowance to 1800 but I have averaged around 1700 per week for the past month. This is eating what I like/ want with some basic guidelines ▪I am following a CICO lifestyle, but looking at my macros I am eating lower carb (I still eat them but they comprise a lower % of my meals) ▪ I have stocked my pantry & fridge with snacks & beverages that are better choices if I feel the urge. These supplement my healthy meals. ▪I don't usually eat after 9:30 PM & resume eating between 9 & 11 AM ▪I walk usually 4 to 7 days a week...depending on weather. ▪Other exercise is gardening & basic house keeping, etc.

I took measurements this morning. The last time I did was 7/10/20. I have lost 3 1/2 " since then ▪1" bust ▪ 1" waist▪ 1/2" tummy▪ 1/2" Calf ▪1/2 " Chest ☺ Needless to say this made me happy.

We're having rain today....probably from the coastal hurricane activity. We just had a big thunderstorm. Raining again as I type this....Doing some housework....vacuuming, washed the bedding today....watered plants. I think I'm going to grab a snack & my book....I'm reading a Grisham mystery....when I finish my update.

Pork chops (bone in) for dinner....Sweet Red Cabbage on the side. I need to decide on another side.
