I thought I'd gone up .2 lbs. this morning, but I see I actually stayed the same. I've not gone totally crazy eating for the past few days but I know I have been eating & drinking more. Last night we had chops from a standing pork roast & oven roasted veggies for dinner. We had planned on apple pie for dessert but no one had room for any.
I am ready to get back to my normal WOE. I will try today to be more conservative. My daughter, granddaughter & I are driving 3 hours south and staying with my sisters overnight. My daughter lost her Dad this year & wants to go to his gravesight to see his headstone. My son & his wife & daughter are in Nashville for Christmas but will return home late tonight. I'll get to see them tomorrow. Then I'm dropping daughter & granddaughter at the airport & continuing my drive home tomorrow evening.
I've enjoyed having my daughter here for the past few days. I hate to see her go, but I am looking forward to getting back into my regular routine.
