😀 My shopping trip yesterday ended up taking most of the afternoon. Going into Marshalls to pick out a candle or 2 & a hostess gift can turn into an extended bout of sniffing all the candles and looking at all the sparkly, pretty stuff. My shopping haul ended up including a gift for a Christmas lunch next week, a couple of live poinsettias, a book, 2 candles, the hostess gift & a couple of Christmas decorations (like I need more 😐)

Of course a trip to the grocery store always takes longer than I want.

Long story....I didn't get any decorating done. Arrived home in time to put stuff away and head out for a walk. On our turn to the house there was the most beautiful sunset! Since we live in the trees, I can't usually see the sunset. When we got home Hubby put on a fire & I put up my feet. Then I enjoyed a long phone chat with my daughter in Dallas. 💕
