😑 Well that was unexpected. Half a lb. up after eating fewer calories yesterday. It's starting to look like hitting 155 by Monday may not be happening.
Getting my hair cut today....or I should say trimmed. I had short hair for years & decided to grow it out a bit. I haven't had a haircut now since January & it's grown quite a bit. Guess I'm going non traditional....longer hair as I turn 64 instead of shorter. 😀 A lot of my friends have gone natural...letting their white/ silver hair shine. I'm still not ready to do that.
I have been joining the hubby for a daily walk. I think making it up our very steep driveway & road has gotten easier. Not quite as breathless!!
