🙄 To be expected...up a little this morning. No binge by any stretch of the imagination, but I did eat more than a usual day, yesterday. I could have just had the salad after the oysters without adding salmon, but it was so tasty! And still healthy. After my bloody Mary 🍅😋 I managed my adult beverage consumption....since we were hanging out enjoying the music....by following my friend's lead and ordering one glass of wine & a couple of club sodas & making spritzers to sip on slowly. In the past I probably would have had a couple more glasses of wine for an additional 250 calories minimum....maybe more if the pour was more generous. So calling this a win 😀 It was a gorgeous afternoon sitting outside on the deck. Today, I can eat smart. May be going back to the Pub tomorrow to finish out the fundraiser.
