😀 Big smiles this morning....I cracked into the 150's. Just barely, but I'll take it. Momentarily, I thought the scales were off cause I saw the 9 & was used to seeing the zero. Getting close to the goal. 🙄 We had Chinese out last night for dinner. I ate half of what I was served and brought half home. Since we ate a little earlier after we got home I was tempted to have a snack but, since I hadn't lost for a few days I was determined to not eat anything else. I did have a vodka with Crystal light & sparkling water.
Now, I hope to maintain under 160 & keep losing.
**Note my total calorie count was under 1000 if I estimated right...resteraunt meals can be more or less....that's not a level I can stay at, so I hope the loss isn't temporary **
