😊 Active yesterday helping clean the deck and vacuuming & mopping inside in preperation for book club tomorrow. I know I need to come up with exercise options before the cold weather sets in. Reduced outside activities make me more sedentary in the Winter.
Reading thru various journals last night reminded me we all go at this weight loss journey with different methods. My son lost a chunk of weight on Keto and walking. My daughter used Whole 30 and exercise at the gym & home for a clean eating plan. I read about fasting, low carb, low fat etc.etc. All I know is, if I watch the calorie intake & get some exercise, I lose. Recognizing that high carb, high sugar or high fat foods have more calories, so should be consumed in smaller portions....No forbidden foods....just better choices.
