No weigh in today. Arrived at the Beach this afternoon. I decided to log my foods....Used up most of my allotted calories today. I estimated a few, so I hope I got close. I made a healthy choice of a salad for lunch with grilled shrimp. Eating at a beachside restaurant made it taste even better. I was hoping that balanced out my choice of a biscuit today instead of the lower calorie English muffin. We shopped for breakfast foods today so I'll be eating my customary fresh fruit and half a bagel or English muffin the rest of the week. I did allow myself wine again so that did add 250 calories to my total. I really am going to try to be cognizant of what I eat, but it is vacation so I will be allowing myself some treats.
