Another day of basically maintaining, but that's ok. I am feeling pretty good. I was coveting Rick's glass of wine last night. I'd really like one and in reality having one probably wouldn't totally throw off my weight loss. But, since I committed to no alcohol I'm feeling stubborn. Just like saying I'm not going to eat ice cream or steak, I should stick with it. I could have said no cheese....now THAT would be hard. 😯 Having wine every night is a habit & not a great one. On another note that hamburger last night tasted really good! And I still didn't go over my calorie limits. 😀
