Down another tich 😊 Not a lot but, I'll take it. Even though I'm being good, I keep expecting to see the scale go back up each morning. I know I shouldn't focus on my daily weigh in & look at the big picture. But, having a short term goal of just a month, it's hard not to. Part of what kicked me into motion was trying on a favorite Summer top & it fitting too snugly to look or feel good. Nothing like the thought of being in swimsuits & skin baring outfits for a week to push you back into healthier eating! Plus hanging out with my photo snapping daughter 😁
