No change again today. I suppose that's not bad since I had an evening out and ate a little more. No alcohol though, so I stuck to my plan in that respect. And only ONE praline and no brownies for dessert!! It was tempting, with that plate of pralines sitting on the table, close by then being passed around. All in all, I think I did well 😊 I did enjoy the red beans & rice and all that shrimp but overall I don't feel I overindulged.
