Fat again! I screw up and gain weights back 😑 there are tons of excuse but that's it. On may 25th there is a wedding and maybe that's the sign i'm waiting for. God, i don't want to live like this😭 i started to do yoga, and daily walks. But more important, i'm back on Keto! Strict Keto! I can't turn my home country with all these weight.
