Ok I just feel really sick, I should have known that eating something from McDonalds after 2 days of eating mostly healthy foods would be a bad idea, and yet I went & did it anyways :C

Never. Again.

The iced coffee I can probably have, just not the food -_-

I feel soooo terrible T_T

Read some of my journals on this topic! You will see you're not alone! I swear they put some drug into that JUNK! :) I agree with Sarah, it has taken some time but it feels better to say "NO" to it then eat it!

Osoroshii, eating at McDonalds is NOT a bad thing. But feeling sick and terrible and guilty for eating at McDonalds IS a very, very, very bad thing because these feelings destroy your hope and will to continue on your path to less weight. I see that you burnt more calories than you ate and that is a good thing. Have a look at my January recordings. Of 31 Days I at on 24 days more than I was supposed to and on 5 days I even ate more than I burnt. Still I lost 3 kg weight. Don't give up, remember the battles you won and feast on those victorious memories. Lost battles are not worth remembering.
