636 calories for this dish. I tweaked an online recipe....added some peppers & mushrooms....used a different cheese since I didn't have what it called for. This was a really tasty satisfying dish. Although not over the top in calories I did wonder if posting some of the things I eat is good for those trying to lose weight. I have successfully been in maintenance for awhile & do eat "real" food. I even included a glass of wine.
