When I have mentored people on their weight loss journey I have always urged them to follow their preferred WOE diligently on their routine, nothing special days where they are just working, walking the dog, cleaning house or doing yard work. Then when a special event or Holliday season comes along you have the ability to expand your food choices, enjoy those events without going off the rails.and without living with guilt. Life and food is meant to be enjoyed. You have to learn to control food and not let food control you.
