Retta, I made these before and they’re keto. Wholesomeyum also have an all almond flour version but said this one with coconut is better. They were pretty good. https://www.wholesomeyum.com/recipes/keto-low-carb-pancakes-with-almond-flour-coconut-flour-paleo-gluten-free/

Retta, not low in carbs or sugar....the pancake was about 5 inches across with real blueberries & a tblsp of real maple syrup. I'm not on keto....just CICO.
